This 15-Year-Old Babysitter Is Making $500,000 a Year

File this under things we wish we would've thought of first.

Noa Mintz is rolling in dough after coming up with a way to turn her babysitting duties into a very profitable business. The 15-year-old is reportedly making $500,000 running her babysitting agency, Nannies by Noa, which has grown to 190 clients since she started the company in 2012, according to Mashable. (Now, that's very #BUILTBYGIRLS.)

As for how it works, Noa charges a flat $5 fee for babysitters and a 15 percent initial salary fee for nannies (in New York this is about $50,000 to $80,000, according toEntrepreneur). Currently, there are 25 full-time nannies and 50 baby sitters on her roster who work about 15 hours a week.

Noa has made so much money with her business that she had to hire someone to oversee day-to-day operations for her business while she attends her freshman year in high school. She ended up choosing 26-year-old social worker Allison Johnson, who will serve as CEO.

The teen's idea for her business first came about because she was unimpressed by the babysitters her family was hiring – so much so that her mother told her to find a better babysitter for their family. Once she did, she started helping her mother's friends find nannies too. "I really had no expectations, but I figured I'd try," Noa told CNN. Under the guidance of her dad, she went on to start Nannies by Noa.

"I'm not an A+ student. I have definitely struggled with school," she continued."[But] having this business, I realized that book smart isn't the same as entrepreneurial smart. I've tried to channel the business to give me more confidence in school." (We love Noa's#BUILTBYGIRLS attitude!)

Speaking of entrepreneurial smarts, Noa is investing all the money she makes right back into the business and hasn't set aside any for herself just yet. "I feel that there are always opportunities for growth and marketing, which comes at a price," she said. "Eventually I may take out a small salary, but not at this point."

Impressive young girl, represents exactly the american way to work, but like I always said you dear visitor has the most important oppinion.
